Is it possible to have too many photos of espresso??? This is probably the second to last shot of Sweet Maria’s excellent Uso Doble (Espresso Workshop #29) I’ll have before I’m all out. I roasted this 5-6 days ago and it came out great. I’ve been very happy with Sweet Maria’s espresso blends so far, even roasting them in the little ol’ popcorn popper! Enjoy the photo and have yourself a nice cup of coffee on this chilly Kansas City morning, everyone!
