What Am I Roasting Right Now?

Coffee Beans by Steve AgocsAbout to roast some Sweet Maria’s Espresso Workshop (#31, maybe? Something like that…) 3rd Level espresso. Makes a nice espresso, somewhere between the really bright West Cost style and the traditional, roastier flavors. I roast 100g at a time in the Poppery II and try to land it between 1st and 2nd crack. Even with zero profiling control it’s nice and bright with a lot of tart cherry in the flavor. Works for me!
