How about a truly geeky start to Friday? Weighing out my espresso (Sweet Maria’s Level Three blend, roasted at home about 6 days ago on the air popper) using my trusty old Gaggia Espresso. Doesn’t have to be fancy to be good! I’m a big fan of my own coffee, but one of these days I’ll need to do a cupping or something with some other coffee people and see what they think.
